By using Via’s powerful technology, the Keoride app matches customers who are travelling in the same direction and calculates an optimised flexible route to pick up and drop off customers close to their destination, you can even track the vehicle and get updated on your ETA in real time.

Pay with Visa, Mastercard or metroCARD onboard all Keoride On Demand vehicles.

Simply tap and pay with your credit card or metroCARD when boarding. The Keoride app no longer takes credit card payments.

Led by one of Australia’s leading operators, Keolis, the team works with Via (technology provider) to deliver class leading transport services. We are very proud to have the opportunity to co-create innovative transport solutions with DIT in a collaborative environment.

We now have 6 accessible DDA compliant low floor electric minibuses equipped with a dedicated wheelchair space, 18 seats, safety rails and USB charge points for customer convenience.

Mount Barker, Nairne and Littlehampton

Keoride’s service in Mount Barker, Nairne and Littlehampton provides a comprehensive transport solution for the growing community. Using a network of meeting points throughout the town, Keoride will pick you up and drop you off wherever you need to go, including the Dumas St and Dutton Rd Park ‘n’ Rides.

The On Demand is a service that aggregates demand at the pickup point and transports passengers to their destination in a fast efficient manner. You can book the service to pick you up from either:

• A designated point of interest within the service area

• Bus stops

• Park’n’rides

• Your home *conditions apply (passengers with restricted mobility and vision impaired)

The service operates 7 days a week on:

• Weekdays: 6am-9pm

• Weekends: 9am-7pm

• Public holidays: 9am-7pm

Barossa Valley

Keoride’s service in the Barossa Valley allows residents to quickly and directly travel within and between the towns of Angaston, Nuriootpa and Tanunda. This is a door to door public transport service.

The shuttle service  offers a door to door public transport service within the Barossa Valley. You can book a service to pick you up from either:

• A point close to your home

• A designated point of interest within the service area

• A bus stop

The service operates on weekdays only between:

• Weekdays only 8:30am - 4:00pm

• No service on weekends or public holidays 

To improve the reliability of our Keoride Barossa Valley service, from Monday 12 October we will be offering guaranteed pre-booked trips. Simply follow these steps below to book your trip and your Keoride vehicle will arrive within your allocated timeslot:

Step 1: Book your trip in advance through the Keoride app. You can now tell us whether you would like to arrive by or depart at a specific time. 

Step 2: We will confirm your trip and expected pickup timeslot. The more notice your give us, the better we can meet your request. You can now book up to 2 weeks in advance. 

Step 3: On your day of travel, we will confirm the exact pickup time for your trip. 

Step 4: Track your bus and meet your driver at your requested location.

1. Download the Keoride App from the App Store or Google Play to register or log in with your Transport Connect credentials.

2. Move the pin or type in the address of your pick up location and where you want to be dropped off.

3. Track your bus and head to the pick up location.
