Keolis has completed its acquisition of Downer’s shares in the Keolis Downer joint venture and is now the sole shareholder of its Australian operations

Keolis has completed the transaction to acquire Downer’s shares in the Keolis Downer joint venture. With this milestone, Keolis becomes the sole shareholder of its Australian operations, which will now operate under the Keolis brand.
This marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Keolis in Australia - one that builds on a strong foundation of local experience and global expertise. With a presence of more than 15 years in five states and more than 3,500 employees, Keolis is well-positioned to continue delivering high-quality, multimodal transport services that connect communities and enhance everyday journeys.
