Keolis Adelaide partnered with the Department for Infrastructure and Transport in early 2021 with the aim of delivering revitalised passenger train services to the local community and increasing public transport patronage across South Australia.

Following recent business changes, Keolis will take on the critical role of custodian of the local network over the next decade, with a focus on asset management and maintenance.

In the short term, Keolis will continue to focus on the provision of customer experience and security services for the next two years, until 2027. Alongside our government partner, Keolis is focused on delivering safe and customed-focussed services through our ‘Zero Harm’ and ‘Think like a Passenger’ operating philosophies.
